Ben is an experienced Chief Executive responsible for “game changing” business and product launches to achieve rapid revenue growth. He has thirty-five years of experience in medical device, health care services, biotech, and pharma businesses in the US as CEO, President, VP Strategic Business Development, Sales Management, M&A, Business Development and Operational Excellence with both Venture capital backed Start-up and publicly traded companies. Ben took Vestagen from writing the business plan to successfully raising over $40m in capital, getting FDA clearance in a new product category, landing major health systems as customers and investors leading to the sale of the healthcare business. He is an analytical and data-driven thinker, results oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, have strong execution capabilities and high energy making me an engaging leader. As Member of the Malcom Baldrige Board of Examiners he has implemented the Performance Excellence Framework into many companies and served as Co-Chair of the Leapfrog Partners Board and on the Board of multiple charitable organizations.

Jay is a seasoned Chief Technology Officer with over 16 years of experience leading technology teams and spearheading digital transformation within the healthcare sector. He specializes in crafting and executing tech strategies that align seamlessly with business objectives, driving substantial growth and operational efficiency.

Jay is deeply committed to innovation and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on building high-performing teams. He has successfully scaled technology departments and delivered cutting-edge solutions across multiple ealthcare
organizations. His record includes a 300% boost in product development efficiency – all while consistently staying under budget.

Samantha “Sam” Purnell brings a unique blend of clinical insight and product management expertise to TRUE-See, enabling her to anticipate user needs and create solutions that work seamlessly in real-world settings. A former registered nurse turned seasoned Product Manager, she understands both the human impact of technology and the precision required to deliver solutions that truly serve their users.
Sam has led product strategy for enterprise healthcare platforms, mobile applications, and software startups—always with a focus on clarity, quality, and genuine user benefit. Her approach combines rigorous market research with deep listening, ensuring every feature has a clear purpose and every launch delivers measurable impact.

With more than a decade of experience in healthcare, Mayela has remained deeply committed to advancing clinical excellence. She began her career in laboratory services, partnering closely with Anatomic Pathology and Infectious Disease labs, where she gained a strong understanding of diagnostic workflows and the importance of timely, accurate results. This hands-on foundation shaped her expertise across both the clinical and operational dimensions of healthcare delivery. Mayela has since led high-performing customer service teams, bringing a patient-centered perspective and a passion for service excellence to every initiative. She is known for building trusted partnerships, streamlining processes, and ensuring providers have the support they need to deliver outstanding care.
