Hollywood movie sets have filming standards; we treat quality as a matter of life and death because of the celebrities. In medicine, it really is someone’s life and the provider’s license on the line, yet there is NO standard.
We believe that measurable image quality is critical to medical care and reimbursement.
After realizing that established standards from the film industry could solve a major problem for health care providers, the founder of TRUE-See partnered with wound care physicians to develop a trusted standard for medical imagery, accuracy, and reliability. This imaging solution brings advanced color calibration techniques and electronic measurement capabilities to clinical settings to improve proper documentation of a patient’s medical record, offering proof of medical necessity and ultimately improving treatment decisions.

As an inventor and an entrepreneur, TRUE-See is the culmination of my work in health care and film making. After realizing that applying established standards from the film industry could solve a major problem for health care providers, I partnered with multiple wound care physicians to develop a trusted standard for medical imagery accuracy and reliability. Our imaging solution now brings advanced color calibration techniques and electronic measurement capabilities to clinical settings to improve proper documentation of a patient’s medical record, offering proof of medical necessity and ultimately improving treatment decisions.
Mr. James is an award winning cinematographer and a member of the International Cinematographer’s Guild. He credits range from big budget Hollywood films such as Terminator Genisys and Geostorm to National Geographic specials and Sundance Film Festival winners. He has published articles on cinematography brings this unique expertise to create standard for medical photography. Mr. James graduated with a BFA in Film from the Philadelphia College of Art.

Ms. Quave is a Licensed Practical Nurse, a paramedic, a Certified Food and Nutrition Director, and an Executive Chef trained by the Culinary Institute of America. She was most recently a Regional Small Business Model director in healthcare management. She trained new directors and chefs in numerous hospitals in five states. Ms. Quave has a B.A. focusing on marketing and management from Loyola University.
As the VP of Operations for TRUE-See, I am responsible for the overall company operations including, development of internal processes, Security Officer and tech oversight, Customer Service, Project Management, Training and Implementation of our product, and Quality Assurance.

Colin Wilcox is a developer who has clear insight into what a project requires at any given time in the project lifecycle. He specializes in solving complex problems and providing quality solutions to the clients. A post-graduate (MSc) in Computer Graphics, Vision and Imaging from University College, London, he has more than 10 years of experience on multiple fronts and is a proven leader in the domain of software engineering.

David is a full-stack developer, and mobile developer and has more than 15 years of experience and holds a Diploma in Computing from Oxford University. He has worked on projects such as small websites to mobile applications which have complex development and design patterns. David’s prior clientele ranges from solo founders to SMEs and large enterprises on everything from small projects to large SaaS projects.

Vinay began his career when the world of computers and software development was drastically different from the present one. He has previously worked with Infosys at their Bangalore (India) & Atlanta (US) offices and at the Robotics & AI Laboratories of the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (now Chennai). A graduate of Regional Engineering College (now National Institute of Technology), Tiruchirappalli, the business domains he has extensive experience in include, but are not limited to, bioinformatics, premedia and publication, device drivers, electronic forms, network management, and inventory management.
